This month is all about Feeling the LOVE.

So many of us spend our lives rushing around, trying to make everyone else happy, and forget to take care of the one thing that makes it all happen – YOU. This is a chance to breathe, remind yourself of how wonderful you are, and take time to recharge your soul.

Things to ask yourself:

  • How often do you tell yourself how wonderful you are?

  • How often do you make time to do something you enjoy?

  • How do you feel when you have time for yourself?

  • When things go wrong, how do you speak to yourself?

  • What’s one thing you could do right now to show yourself more love?
